We will conduct differentiation induction tests of mesenchymal stem cells from humans into adipocytes, osteoblasts, chondrocytes, and nerve cells.
We will conduct differentiation induction tests for each cell from the human mesenchymal stem cells you possess, along with evaluations to confirm differentiation. The cells that can be induced to differentiate are as follows: - Adipocytes - Osteoblasts - Chondrocytes - Neurons After differentiation induction, confirmation of differentiation will be performed using the following staining methods: - Adipocytes → Oil Red O staining - Osteoblasts → Alizarin Red S staining - Chondrocytes → Alcian Blue staining - Neurons → Antibody staining If you have any other desired culture conditions or requests, please feel free to contact us.
